Job Description / Responsibility
-
To build up rapport with the disadvantage group of children
-
To conduct music classes with the disadvantaged group of children at least four days in a week
-
To work in a team and keeping the team spirit intact
-
To encourage and support the children and youth to organize dance sessions independently.
-
To develop project and own action plan and work according to achieve the target in due time
-
To maintain records of all activities undertaken by the dance team
-
To encourage and support the dance team organizing different cultural events
-
To plan and organize cultural event as per the project design
-
To work as per the instruction of the line manager when required
-
To undertake financial dealings and keeping financial document updated
-
To maintain liaison with the project staff as well as the children
-
To maintain stock register properly
-
Project duration: 6 months only

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/masters degree in dance from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements

A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with under privileged children of the street.

Ability to handle pressure, complete integrity, sound administrative skills, and a participatory style of management.

Aptitude Required:
